Job Opportunity – Dispatch & Distribution Manager

Easy Vehicle Breakdown Recoveries Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatch & Distribution Manager to lead our fast-paced vehicle recovery operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Oversee all recovery operations including job scheduling, fleet deployment, and staff allocation.
• Supervise recovery technicians and drivers, manage shifts, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures across all operations.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance of recovery vehicles to reduce downtime.
• Handle escalated customer issues and support the customer service team.
• Prepare performance and fleet utilisation reports for senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with DVSA and Home Office transport regulations.

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate emergency operations.
• Basic IT proficiency (scheduling, reporting tools).

• A relevant qualification in transport management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in transport or fleet operations, ideally in vehicle recovery or roadside assistance.
